Our Story

From frustration to gluten-free goodnessI'm a mom, and I missed something I had always loved—really good dumplings.Not dumplings that fell apart.
Not dumplings that tasted "good for gluten-free."I wanted a real dumpling: a soft, chewy wrapper with the comforting texture I remembered.After countless weekends, late nights, and more test batches than I can count, we finally created something we were proud to serve our own family.That's how Gluten Free Wok was born.Now we're excited to share our growing gluten-free menu with our community.

For dumplings choose how you'd like them. This is to offer more options that best suits your family:COOKED & READY TO REHEAT: lightly pan-seared. Keep refrigerated for approximately 7 days.FRESH / UNCOOKED: ready to cook at home. Keep refrigerated for approximately 2 days, or freeze if you won't cook them within that time.FROZEN: keep in freezer for approximately 3 months.2. Place your order
